Family with children Comfortable Stay
The beds, while hard, gave us a few hours of rest which was better than nothing. The breakfast area had a decent setup, just needed the service to keep the tables clean.
It’s not exactly a bargain, but livable.

Comfortable beds made for a solid sleep experience. The balcony overlooked a tranquil river, perfect for relaxation and catching nightly Dollywood fireworks.
Though the lobby had a nice ambiance, the elevator situation was a nightmare—only one elevator led to lengthy waits, especially with older folks in tow. The indoor pool felt too cramped, making it tough to enjoy without dodging splashing kids. Additionally, I noticed some outdated finishes in the room, which could use a refresh to enhance the overall experience.

The balcony of the Premium Queen Room offers a decent outdoor space to kick back and take in a view, especially during sunset. Conveniently located near local attractions, it makes hopping over to popular spots a breeze, with Dollywood just a stone's throw away.
The condition of the carpets left a lot to be desired, sporting stains and a few cigarette burns in a non-smoking room. the Wi-Fi connection struggled to stay consistent, which can be annoying if you're trying to catch up on anything. The pool, while accessible, had an oddly cloudy appearance that might turn some guests off from taking a dip.

The breakfast was a delightful buffet that felt more like a mini brunch at a fancy café than a standard hotel offering—think waffles so fluffy they might just float away if you weren’t careful. The river view from the balcony was like having a front-row seat to nature's own movie screening, complete with ducks floating by as if auditioning for a role in a Disney film.

I really enjoyed my stay at Country Inn & Suites. The room felt spacious and had a lovely balcony with a river view. It was a nice touch for morning coffee. The breakfast each morning offered warm waffles and fresh fruit, which were great. The indoor pool kept my daughter entertained, and it was well-maintained. The staff at breakfast were attentive, ensuring everything stayed clean. However, the cleaning crew started early and were loud, waking me up every morning. Also, I encountered a slow elevator a few times but managed fine. Parking was easy, and the location was convenient for visiting Dollywood. I would return without hesitation despite a few minor inconveniences.
