The room we had was fantastic, a jacuzzi and a fireplace set a romantic mood perfectly, just wished it had a full kitchen! The hotel's location was convenient, in-between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, with a lovely balcony view of the river. Although our reservation wasn't initially found, the staff offered us a free upgrade showing top-notch service. 👍

Amidst the tasty bites, a quirky morning wake-up call with the fire alarm dance. As we strutted street-side, the missing fire truck added a dash of coolness.

It's a useful base for staying and exploring Pigeon Forge. Everyone who works in the hotel is incredibly nice and outstandingly accommodating. The setting is great, really close to areas in the room like the tub, sink, the island, and restaurants. It is only a 20-minute walk away from Topjump Trampoline & Extreme Arena. I would stay here again next time in Pigeon Forge.

The staff here was super helpful whenever we needed them, which made our stay extra smooth. The location couldn't have been better - we were so close to everything and it was super convenient to get around 🌟 We were just a stone's throw away from attractions, yummy places to eat, and comfy beds - what more could you ask for?

the room was spacious and cleaner than most properties in the area. the outside seating area by the creek was beautiful and well maintained. lots of parking was also a plus and the hotel was located close to attractions but also had privacy. the beds were comfy and overall the place seemed to have recently had some upgrades. inviting.

The room was very roomy, we had a fireplace, hot tub, jetted tub, and a balcony view, and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite.

We were there for 3 nights, overall had a good stay. The place was spotless and staff was very courteous. The location was excellent, short walk to such as tub, and restaurants. Also, Rocky Top Mountain Coaster was 2 miles away from the property. Really enjoyed the tidy room with a hot tub and the way it was setup.

The staff was amazing and promptly switched us to a cleaner room. The Tower we stayed in had a serene Jacuzzi and a French door leading to a balcony with a relaxing river view. The indoor pool was perfect, and we enjoyed feeding ducks and geese in the patio area. The friendly receptionist and staff made our stay memorable. While the hotel needs updating, it was suitable for a one night's stay. The location was convenient and quiet, with easy access to attractions. Our queen room was spacious, despite the small bathroom. The complimentary breakfast and evening hot cookies were delightful. The balcony in all rooms was a great feature. The late check-out was a nice gesture. our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.
